This means; In addition to practical and written assessments; Students who show competency with unit HLTPAT002, will receive their log booklet and be required to complete this within a 6 months period, starting from the date the log booklet is received.

Students will also be assessed during their work placement, and may be required to supply video recordings of work placement to their trainer/assessor to be assessed with feedback given on student/s performance/environment.

(this is explained in each students log booklet)

If a student/s are unable to complete the work placement and a minimum of 20 blood collections, a Statement of Completion will be issued.
